Learn more about Kia:

I spent nearly two decades in tech, most recently as a Software Development Manager at Freshprep, before deciding to pivot into real estate, a move driven by my desire to work more closely with people while still using the analytical mindset I built in engineering and business. I’m a proud two-time SFU alumni, with a background in Systems Engineering and an MBA in Management of Technology.

Born in 1985, I bring both life and work experience to this new chapter. I speak English, Persian, and Italian, and I’ve always had a passion for understanding people and cultures, something that naturally drew me toward real estate. I’m also a lifelong WWE fan (yes, I still catch every major event), a movie enthusiast with a soft spot for dark comedies, indie horror, and clever satire, and someone who believes workouts are therapy as I hit the gym daily, play basketball weekly, and box a few times a week to stay sharp.

But above all, my world revolves around family. I’ve been married to the love of my life for over 12 years, and together we share a home with our two incredible dogs: Leo, a 9-year-old Golden Retriever, and Luna, a 6-year-old Great Pyrenees. They’re more than pets, they’re my children. When I’m not working or out walking them, I’m probably planning my next trip to Europe, with Italy always at the top of the list.

Real estate, for me, is about connection, finding that perfect match between people and place. I’m excited to bring my diverse background, energy, and personal care into every client relationship.”
