“Originally from India, Lucky Wadaich arrived in Canada on Christmas Day in 2010 with big dreams, a strong work ethic, and a vision of building a meaningful future for his family.

His professional background began in cellular sales from 2008 to 2010, where he developed strong customer service and communication skills. In 2011, Lucky entered the painting and home improvement industry and has worked as both a contractor and subcontractor throughout the Lower Mainland.

Much of his experience has been in Vancouver homes, including residential repainting, renovations, and detailed work on older and heritage properties. In 2021, Lucky started his own painting company, further developing his skills in project management, estimating, client service, and problem-solving.

After spending more than a decade working directly with homes, Lucky became a licensed REALTOR® in 2024. His hands-on background gives him a practical perspective on property condition, maintenance, renovations, preparation, and presentation.

Today, as a REALTOR® with Century 21 In Town Realty, Lucky helps buyers, sellers, and families throughout Surrey, Vancouver, and the Lower Mainland make confident real estate decisions through clear communication, honest guidance, and personalized service.
