Working throughout British Columbia, Merina has assisted clients with moves and real estate transitions across the province, with much of her focus in Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Merina takes a hands-on approach to real estate, staying closely involved from the initial planning stages through to the final details of a move. With a strong eye for presentation and detail, she offers more than traditional real estate services. She helps clients prepare their homes for the market through staging, home preparation, and thoughtful recommendations designed to showcase each property at its best. She also assists with home set-up and management, whether clients are downsizing, transitioning into a new home, or simply looking for help getting everything organized and ready.
