Residential Property Sales in Metro Vancouver for September 2021

Let’s start this month with some market statistics.

According to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) report, the home sale activity remains high in Metro Vancouver’s housing market.

The report also shows that residential property sales totalled 3,149 in September 2021, representing a 13.6 per cent decrease from the 3,643 sales recorded last year, and a 0.1 per cent decrease from the 3,152 homes sold in August 2021.
