Let’s learn more about Leanna:

Born in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, my family relocated to London, Ontario when I was six years old. I grew up there and did not move to BC until 2005 when I ultimately moved here to be closer to my daughter who was attending Simon Fraser University (she was only 17 and missed her mom and I missed her).

Once here I decided to pursue a lifelong goal of mine and become a realtor. In 2007 I took on the challenge while working full-time at HomeLife Benchmark Realty/SeeVirtual360 splitting my
time between those two offices, working in the Real Estate office I was answering phones, bookings showings, preparing the paperwork for realtors, reviewing contracts and all documents before submitting to the Real Estate Board, while in See/Virtual360 I was booking appointments for photos and floorplans for realtors throughout the lower mainland and handling office overload from the HomeLife Office. I was licensed in January 2008 and have been offering my services since then.

Earlier in life, I graduated from a private business college with a business degree specializing in the legal field I went to work for a Real Estate firm gaining knowledge of all real estate
paperwork from the legal perspective as well as Family Law and Estate Law, when it was done pre-computer. I took a beginner Architect course in college where I learned to read and draw
blueprints and use drawing instruments. I also held my private pilot’s license for some time.

I love being active and love anything homes so also owned my own construction company which brought with it an extensive knowledge of not only processes but materials and quality which afforded me another perspective when looking at homes as I can more effectively explain to my buyers what is happening in a home, or when I am dealing with a seller what impact fixing or not fixing something could have.

As you can see from my education and being hands on in renovation work, I bring to the table a very diverse background which lends to higher understanding of Real Estate matters from a legal standpoint to a construction standpoint.

As a realtor with over 16 years experience, I bring many different perspectives to the table that most realtors in the industry do not from my beginnings in the Real Estate office, to an architectural view, to the construction view I can offer a comfort zone to clients that far surpasses my peers.

I have had the opportunity to work with buyers, sellers as well as developers across residential real estate from resale to new to presale development. I had the opportunity to be on a team
with, what I feel, the best trainer out there, and have worked with well-established, well-educated colleagues who work together to make sure all clients we deal with get the best, most reliable service with the least amount of stress possible.

I do look forward to a successful Real Estate relationship with you!”
