Welcome Ting Mallari to Century 21 In Town Realty!

We’re delighted to welcome Ting to the Century 21 team!

Ting’s journey began in financial services, where she expertly guided new immigrants through their financial challenges. She then expanded into mortgage brokering and real estate investing, acquiring properties, and supporting others in their real estate goals. Her extensive background and experience will be incredibly valuable as we continue to provide exceptional service and expertise to our clients.

Let’s learn more about Ting:

“Ting’s journey began in the financial services industry shortly after her family immigrated to Canada, where she initially worked as a financial advisor at a top insurance company. This experience ignited her passion for assisting new immigrants in navigating the complex financial landscape, helping them achieve their goals amid the challenges of adapting to a new country and culture.

Driven by a desire to expand her expertise, Ting later ventured into mortgage brokering in Manitoba, marking the beginning of her deep interest in real estate. Together with her husband, Ting pursued numerous real estate investment courses, leading them to acquire investment properties and assist others in doing the same.

Drawing from her rich background in financial services and mortgage brokering, Ting is dedicated to empowering her clients in the realm of real estate. Her mission is to:

  • Minimize risks by safeguarding her clients’ families and income sources.
  • Guide them in leveraging investment opportunities suited to their risk tolerance and financial objectives.
  • Facilitate their dreams of homeownership and investment properties, offering insights into optimizing mortgages and understanding Canadian credit dynamics.
  • Inspire a balanced life that integrates work, relationships, faith, and passions, fostering a spirit of generosity and positive impact within their communities.

Outside of work, Ting cherishes moments spent with her husband and three boys, exploring the natural wonders of British Columbia, participating in various sports activities, and dedicating time to meaningful volunteer initiatives close to their hearts.”
