Born and raised in Vancouver and proud of her Coast Salish, Tahltan, and Carrier heritage, Magdalena brings a wealth of experience from hairstyling, design, and financial coaching to real estate. Her community spirit and passion for helping others make her a perfect fit for CENTURY 21 In Town Realty.

“Born and raised in Vancouver, I am proud to be First Nations on both sides of my family—Coast Salish, Tahltan, and Carrier, with community ties to Leq’amel First Nation in Deroche. My journey has been diverse: from a 20-year career as a hairstylist in Vancouver and New York, to working in nightlife as a DJ (DJ Guilty Pleasures), to roles in event management, education, design, and financial coaching.

I’ve hosted Indigenous leadership events, connected remote communities with role models through Connected North, and most recently worked in design with West Elm, where I was the top seller in February 2025. Currently, I empower individuals as a financial coach with Family Services of Greater Vancouver, helping newcomers and community members build confidence in budgeting and financial planning.

Now, I’m excited to bring all of these experiences into my latest chapter: becoming a licensed real estate agent with Century 21. As a lifelong Vancouverite, I know this city inside and out—from the GVRD to the Fraser Valley—and I’m passionate about helping clients find the right home or investment in a community that feels like home.

Outside of work, my proudest role is being a mom to my daughter, Takaya, who is now 12 and in high school.”
