“Iris Bao brings together real estate experience, luxury sales expertise, interior design knowledge, and a global perspective. Before entering Vancouver real estate, she worked with Poly Developments and Holdings Group, a Fortune 500 developer in Shanghai, where she supported project operations, coordinated a sales team of more than 20 agents, managed showroom presentation, and assisted with owner services.

Her background also includes luxury retail, insurance, hospitality, and interior design. Through her experience with Versace in Hong Kong, AIA Insurance, and as an Airbnb Superhost, Iris has worked with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and developed a strong ability to understand people’s needs, build trust, and provide thoughtful, personalized service.

Having travelled to more than 70 countries and approximately 700 to 800 cities, Iris brings a broad international perspective to real estate. She understands how lifestyle, culture, space, and community shape the way people choose a home.

Originally from China and now based in Vancouver, Iris speaks Mandarin, English, and Cantonese. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, badminton, golf, horseback riding, dancing, billiards, and travel. She brings energy, curiosity, care, and a client-first mindset to every real estate relationship.”
