With a wealth of experience and accomplishments, Bruce founded Bruce Ward Realty Ltd. and was recognized in the MLS Medallion Club (top 10%) for ten consecutive years and the MLS Medallion Presidents Club (top 1%) for sales. He also managed nearly 150 furnished rental units and over 200 unfurnished units.

“Originally from Nova Scotia, Bruce spent 10 years in the RCN, followed by many years in the tourist industry and Hotel Management.
He then started his own Real Estate Brokerage “Bruce Ward Realty Ltd. After being awarded the MLS Medallion Club (top 10%) 10 years in a row, and the MLS Medallion
Presidents Club (top 1%) for sales, he focused his attention on Property Management.
At one point they had close to 150 fully furnished rental units and over 200 unfurnished units.
Selling the company in 2021 gave Bruce lots of time to travel the world, go back to studying
piano, guitar, and choral singing. Bruce looks forward to offering his vast amount of experience in the West End of Vancouver, where he resides.”
