With a background in rental property ownership, property management, and customer service, Jeanine brings strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills to the industry. Her passion for helping people find places they are happy to call home is at the heart of her work.

Based in Coquitlam, Jeanine now joins Klaus’s team at Downtown Relocation Group, and we’re excited to have her as part of the Century 21 In Town Realty family. Welcome, Jeanine!

“Born in Alberta, I spent part of my childhood living in New Zealand before eventually settling on Vancouver Island, where I lived for many years prior to moving to the mainland seven years ago. During my time on the Island, I owned and managed my own rental properties, which sparked my passion for property management and helping people find places they are happy to call home.

While managing my own properties, I was also a hairdresser running a successful at-home salon. Balancing both roles strengthened my skills in communication, organization, customer service, and building long-term relationships – all of which naturally transitioned into the property management industry.

Now based in Coquitlam, I bring a strong background in professionalism, responsiveness, and relationship-building to property management. As a mum of four boys – one currently
attending the University of British Columbia and three actively playing hockey – I understand the importance of reliability, adaptability, and creating positive experiences for families and individuals alike.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling, experiencing new things, and cheering my boys on at every game.”
