He then started his own Real Estate Brokerage “Bruce Ward Realty Ltd. After being awarded the MLS Medallion Club (top 10%) 10 years in a row, and  the MLS Medallion
Presidents Club (top 1%) for sales, he focused his attention on Property Management.

Selling the company in 2021 gave Bruce lots of time to travel the world, go back to studying
