The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) monthly report shows the sales-to-active listing ratio for all property types.

Let’s start this month with some market statistics.

According to the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) report, the supply of homes for sales has been declining steadily since June.

The report shows that residential property sales in the region was 3,152 in August 2021, which represent a 3.4 per cent increase in comparison to the sales recorded in August 2020. Sales in August 2020 totalled 3,047. Additionally, there is a 5.2 per cent decrease from the 3,326 properties sold in July 2021.
